Every summer hundreds of families pack their bags and head to a Minnesota cabin resort somewhere on a lake. When you arrive at Ludlow’s Island resort on Lake Vermillion, you get more than just Minnesota cabins, more than just a Minnesota resort, more than just an island and more than just resort staff.
When deciding whether to stay at Ludlow’s Island and which cabins to choose, you have to take in consideration not only the past experiences of others but the number of people you’re vacationing with, cabin needs and things to do at the resort.

Minnesota Cabins at Ludlow’s Island Resort
We stayed at the Bayside cabin during our visit to Ludlow’s Island Resort, which is what mostly pictured below. The cabin was large enough for two families, had two boat docks, kayaks and a nice patio and nice secluded private wooden backyard. It was a quick boat ride away from the main island and to the kid’s camping island.
Bayside has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, several large decks, screened in porch and a washer and dryer in cabin.
